RATE WITH FREE CANCELLATION
Payment takes place at the end of the free cancellation period.
The cancellation is free if received within 5 days from the date of arrival
the penalty for late cancellation or no show is equal to the total amount of the apartment.

ADVANCE PURCHASE RATE / NOT REFUNDABLE
Mandatory early payment. If You choose credit card payment, we'll send You a safe link after the reservation is been confirmed by our system. There are no refunds for changes, cancellation or no-show on the day of check-in. The availability of rates or accommodations are not guaranteed until receipt of the balance. Even after receipt of the balance, we reserve the right to cancel a reservation without notice in case we become aware or we are informed of fraud or illegal activities associated with the payment of such reservation.
Booking change: the quoted rates apply to the booked dates / nights / stay. No changes to the booking are permitted (including, for example, changes to the name, date, etc.). However, the request for cancellation of an existing pre-existing / non-refundable booking and consequent new booking can be accepted if a new booking is made with Advance Purchase / Non-Refundable at the property (subject to availability).
Early departure / cancellation: in case of early departure, cancellation or renunciation of this reservation for any reason, you will not be entitled to any refund or credit.
Extension of stay: to extend the stay it is necessary to make a new reservation on the new dates; This reservation is subject to availability and current rates, while the rate shown here is not valid.
Other restrictions: this rate can not be combined with other offers or promotions and is not available to groups. This tariff is not commissionable. In case of no-show on the day of arrival, the reservation will be canceled and no refund or credit will be issued.
